BMW Diesel 5 series no more?

Amazing torque very much fun to drive (getting amazing MPG is on the side).
Anyway my question is, i tried to see if i order a new one and build one of these and i can't see BMW website for a diesel engine option, they don't offer anymore?

BMW has quietly discontinued putting the dirtiest engines on the planet (diesels) into their fine automobiles. I have no idea why diesel engines in cars even became a thing. The amount of particulates that must be nullified in the emissions process is mind-blowing. All of the manufacturers have been gaming the system, VW just got caught. And since then, most carmakers have been getting out of the diesels-in-cars business.
