E36 18” Wheel and Tire Fitment Help

I’m looking to purchase a set of Work Meister S1s, i know i want the 3pc version so that means an 18 inch diameter wheel. I’d like to have a width of 8.5 front and 9.5 rear. What offset would i need to run a setup like this? I’d be hoping to go for 255 or 265/35/18 tires in the rear and 235 or 245/35/18 tires in the front. One of you gurus out there know the offset i need to keep stock body? Not a huge fan of big tire stretches or excessive camber so if it can be avoided please let me know how

You’ll need to pick 2 out of 3 to fit 9.5” wheels:

    Stretch, camber, or fender roll.

Forget about 255/265s on 18” wheels on E36. Also any wheels with a decent lip with be ET20 or lower

Hopefully he is cutting out the wheel wells and arches and using Hard Motorsport flares or over fenders.

The offsets are going to be in the 40-44 mm range but like the others have mentioned it is going to take some work to make them fit.
