Haven't been able to find anything specific, is there a recommendation on what type of grease to use to re-lube the worm gear and round gear for the power seat recline?
I've never seen a recommendation and I'm not an expert. Personally, I've used a "Sil-glyde" silicone lubricant. I worry that some conventional greases will degrade the plastic gear wheels. NAPA sells it, re-branded from American Grease Stick "AG4". I didn't know that until I looked it up for your post. Doesn't AGS sound like a great company?

Thanks that sounds like a good option, I was also thinking of just using white lithium grease.
I used a wheel bearing grease when I did my gear boxes in 2005. No problems since.
Just picked up a tube of the Sil-Glyde at Advance Auto Parts. It looks exactly like the original grease and has the same consistency.
