So awhile back I was driving my 1994 E36 325i convertible and long story short I missed a gear and over-reved it. It started misfiring and with a compression test it showed cylinders one through five had 150PSI as they should. Number six however had 75 indicating bent intake and exhaust valves. I pulled everything apart including the head and I can't tell how badly its bent or if the cylinder itself is still ok. Was wondering If anyone could help me determine this? It is my first time going into an engine this far and I frankly don't know what I'm looking

Click the search button, select "search single content type", select the "e36 sub forum" specifically, try the "search titles" then try the "search entire posts".
Can't see images but it's doubtful the piston is ruined. Typically they'll have "witness marks" from the event and smoothing any sharp raised edges that would promote detonation is all that needs to be done. Again, can't see your photos so............
