06 X5 M54 Lean Bank 2

Have a 06 X5 with 3.0 giving me a lean code for bank 2. I believe it’s P0174. I was getting lean bank 1 and 2 but found a loose clamp on the throttle body boot. The short term fuel trim at idle for bank 1 is around -0.8 and bank 2 is 24. Precat o2 for B2 stays at 0.050 at idle. Also getting random poor performance, usually accelerating, it stumbles hard and hardly stays running. About a month ago I replaced the ccv and hoses as well as rebuilt the vanos.

I found one of my back valve cover bolts was only finger tight. After torquing everything down, bank 2 went down to around +1, but now bank 1 went down to -22 at idle cold. After bringing up to operating temp it settles around -8.

Smoke check the intake system don't over looke the small vacuum hoses and cap for the secondary air system at the back of the intake manifold under neath
