    Question e36 springs rate

    Hi everyone! Does anyone know the springs rate? i mean stock springs rate for 320 or 328, m-tech springs rate, H&R and Eibach pro kit rate? i need to know what springs rate are closer to stock spring, because i want lower the front of my car a bit, and save the comfort. I live in Volgograd so, lots off bad roads here

    Pretty sure there's a difference in stock spring rates between the sedan/coupe and convertible. 99% sure. Now, I don't know the stock spring rates for the entry level models, but the m3 sedan is 100/240 front/rear. Also worth noting, I was rocking a set of H&R springs a while back and in my honest opinion, they're more than likely what you're looking for. Stiffer spring rate (200/360) while not being too much to sacrifice much comfort? Perfect. They really tightened up the chassis while still being forgiving enough to take my grandma for a ride without her complaining!
