What to do about window seals and other stuff for a 318ic.

So, in the continuing saga of resurrecting my 318ic, one thing I am encountering is the need to replace numerous seals, gaskets and whatever they might be properly called.
What I need to know is a source or a fix/hack to restore these things.
Any suggestions and help would be appreciated.

First up is the seal where the two windows meet:

The next is the seal that goes horizontally along the top of the door:

Then there is the gasket/seal that goes around the soft top storage compartment:

Finally, these rubber/latex strips that run between the frame and the soft top:

As you can imagine if I fail to tape these areas up before a rain storm, water leaks inside the door compartment, inside the st storage compartment and also into the interior of the car. Not ever a good thing.

Any tips, suggestions or information, would be greatly appreciated.
    Thank you.

i found realoem to be a valuable resource for finding the part numbers needed. Then I go to either Pelican Parts or ECStuning among others....and occasionally Amazon.

    No e30s, again :(
I was going to say pelican for those but the above post is also good. you can take the pn from realoem and go to the dealership, also. some of the parts might not be as expensive as you would think, is what I have found out doing it that way

If you're looking to try and patch them without replacing, you could try 3M Windo-weld Super Fast Urethane Black.. It's what was recommended (and I ended up using) to seal front edges when I installed new convertible top on my 318ic but kept the existing seals. Be very careful with it, it's a mess and doesn't come off of anything..

I have also used some German jelly stuff made just for reconditioning and protecting seals.. Nextzett Rubber Care Stick Gummi Pflege- It's not going to fix tears or cracks or work miracles though.

The window weather stripping in your second pic are really not that expensive, given what they protect and given that I don't see any real fix to those, would just replace.
