I've had a couple of cars with bi-xenon headlights (one of which was an OEM retrofit I carried out on an E46), so I'm used to the headlights testing themselves in sync when I turn the car on. Unfortunately in my E63 the right hand headlight is slower to move than the passenger side.
I've found that the same is true of the adaptive headlights. If I turn the wheel when I'm stationary and watch the headlights' beam on a wall the right hand headlight takes longer to return to centre than the left hand unit.
Has anybody had any experience of this? Does it mean the servos in the headlight are on their way out? If so, has anybody replaced them before?
I bet Timm could figure this out!
