Drivers Heated Seat No Longer Works After Window Left Down During Snowfall

As the title states I left my window down intending on returning out to the car (I was working on replacing the computer) on a what seemed like a nice morning and promptly fell asleep after a night shift.
Watched it snow like crazy when I got up oblivious to the fact my window was down and the rest is history so they say.
When I discovered my stupidity I had what could only be described as a drift of snow on the power seat controls and the floor and seat.
All three lights come on when I turn the heat on and I can toggle them off individually but as far as I can tell there is no longer any heat to the seat.
The only reference I saw was to a fuse but if the the lights are showing the switch is on would that be the case?
    Any assistance would be appreciated.

    Thanks

    Brian
