    E36 Headlight air scoop - duct

    E36 Headlight Air scoop Intake
    This headlight air scoop is made from lightweight fibreglass and is a direct replacement with all fittings and mountings, takes minutes to fit and will instantly give a massive improvement to air flow.

    It is not only functional but also looks the part, maintaining all the contours of the original headlight. I have a few available and will be suppiled in primer and come with full fitting instructions.

    Hi, believe it or not, I made this headlight scoop myself with the help of a friend who works with fibreglass allday, everyday. I wanted something that would look good so alot of hours have gone into making it. Now I have the mould for it, I thought I would share it on the forum.

    Hi, because of the weight of the scoop, and also the strength, the bottom brackets were not required, locates perfectly in position just using the top 2 mounts.

    I could be wrong, but it basically looks like the stock headlight with the clear plastic and lights removed. Not flaming, just saying I've done it before on crappy US DOT headlights and it looked exactly the same.

    Hey BMWMPow3r Yea, I think that was the look he was going for. I think he did a nice job.. It looks pretty clean.. I have seen others out there that did less but have the same basic look but not near as a clean a look as this one. What/how did you do yours?
