so i can’t seem to get this figured out. my car has been makin this noise ever since i really got it. everytime you let go the clutch and give it gas to go.. it makes a noise that sounds like somethin is movin or piviting on somethin in the subframe area in the back. also when shifting through gears, you can here a thump through every gear, less on the high gears. could this be blown subframe bushings? or something my be loose?

My guess would be possibly worn/damaged shockmounts, giubo/flexdisc, or subframe bushings as you mentioned.
I would also check for proper differential oil level.
First things that come to mind are to inspect the rear subframe mounts, all three differential mounts, and the front differential mount bolt which are known to break. From there, check the giubo, driveshaft center support bearing, and all rear suspension mounts/bushings.
Interests include: Any VIN beginning with "WBS", any engine code with a "7" as the second digit, any Individual car, and all things Touring.

…RSM…then look at RTABs.
Cracked Giubo (Boschi joint) can do this as well.

Its 99% rear upper strut mounts. Then check rtabs.
Could possibly be diff bushing.
I'm just waiting for him to come back and tell us it was 1. A torn subframe 2. Shot rear strut mounts... Ohh, sometimes the rear strut to rear hub bolts like to back out... So a dangling strut will do this as well.
I'm going to say that your front diff bolt is probably the culprit....however, the sound you are describing I also experienced when the diff was about to explode.....pull out the speed sensor and make sure it isn't covered in silver goo.....
