FX stage 3 clutches dropping in price?

I am starting to gather parts for my turbo build and after reviewing this clutch I've found it was generally agreed upon it was a good value and reliable holds 450whp if not at the drag strip always although the engagement isn't as smooth as stock, which I was ok with. I read past posts saying this was a $500 clutch. I snagged it off ebay for $239 today, anyone else seen this?

Another question, I know to not use the throwout or pilot bearing that comes with these. What about the flywheel bolts, are they safe to use?

Yes the price has gone way way down and I wonder why? I bought a fx stage 3 clutch kit alone no flywheel in oct 2017 and it was $274.76 and I just looked now and they are $136.93
Clutch is good but I wouldn't daily it that's for sure and I wouldn't use the bolts but that's just me they might be ok tho.
