How to buy Midlock 13168 valve spring compressor tool in US

I'm looking to buy a Midlock 13168 tool here in the US, used to compress the valve springs so that the retainers can be removed for valve stem seal replacement; I've contacted Midlock and they do not sell to individuals online at all and do not have a US distributor.

I currently have the Sealey VS168 tool but it deflects the spring to where it catches on the top of the valve spring retainer, so it won't work beyond taking the rockers off.

Does anyone have any leads on where I can buy this tool? Thanks!

I assume the heads are installed? If so, the Sealey is really your best option unless someone can loan you the tool. If the heads are removed, you can use any sort of press. I think I used an O2 sensor socket so I could compress then fish out the retainers with a magnet.

Correct; I already have that tool and it's indeed tricky to use.
