I am thinking about installing a diff cooler on my car with the 210 mm large case diff, for the hell of it, lol! I live in S. Texas where it gets pretty darn hot and I plan to drive up to Denver occasionally to visit my son driving 15 hours across Texas in the summer heat. Plus I would like to do track events every month or two.
Achilles Motorsports has a decent looking kit for $600 that uses the fill and drain plug ports for cooler hoses. I might be able to piece together a kit of my own for apprx $400 but they do use a decent quality Tilton pump.

Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks,

I doubt you need it unless maybe you are running a very short ratio.
What's the car?
On a street car it's not that easy to find a safe location for the extra radiator where it'll both get useful airflow and not risk being wiped out by a dead armadillo or some other road debris. Any chance you're trying to fix a problem you don't have?

I am running a heavy 850i. Car just looks too cool not to drive it at track events occasionally. Maybe I can find an adapter for drain port where I can mount a sending unit and monitor oil temps.
Chikinhed, that modified cover looks like it will definitely help cool off the case.
GlowShift sells an bushing adapter so a 1/8 npt temp sensor can be used at the M22 port on the diff. So I will probably by a gauge and adapter and monitor diff temps before I go to the expense and trouble to mount a cooler system.
