Difference in springs and lowering kit

Whats the difference betwenn E30 325i (6cylinder) srpings and E30 318i m40 (4cylinder) springs? and is it possible i use the lowering springs for e30 325i (6cylinder) one30 318i (4cylinder)?

they will go in but how much drop you get, will be less.

The springs, especially the front are different rates and heights due to the difference in engine weight.
