Has anyone had a good experience with this kit?

My 4 door M3 came with the luxury side skirts and I picked up a pair of sport skirts and want to install them after I have them painted to match the car. I am really looking for the gaskets and ECS tuning sells them for way too much IMO.

The OEM gaskets are just expensive and as far as I can tell there's no way around it. None of the other solutions I've seen are ideal. I just paid $60 or whatever for a replacement gasket for my driver's side. You could try some of the gasket/stripping stuff you can get on ebay or Amazon or whatever, but from what I've seen the fit/finish isn't going to be the same as OEM.

I just tried the ebay stuff..... the gasket material is a perfect match but the adhesive will not even hold to the gasket. I pealed it off with my finger. it wouldn't hold to the car at all. not even for a photo.
Anyone tried this ‘Clinched’ product from ECS, p/n ES#3569520?

I used "Clinched" gaskets. There's some photos of it towards the bottom of this post:
