1998 BMW M3 sedan with manual transmission. Titanium silver with schwarz black leather. Purchased in May of 2016 from Tampa, Florida. Only been through one Midwestern winter so far. Fantastic condition but isn’t mint. A great example of a good condition “driver”. Lots of modifications and maintenance performed. Also have many of the OEM parts, but not everything.

It's a fantastic listing. Nice, high resolution pics. If you really wanted to take the pics a a step forward, you could add some underside pics so people can see rust situation (if any). Other than that, great looking car. Tasteful mods.
I think it might help to write even more about maintenance. Has the VANOS been done? Why was the head rebuilt? Have you done all the differential, subframe, and etc bushings? Oil pump nut locked down? Things like that.
I do think the price for the amount of miles is a bit high. But it looks incredibly well kept for that mileage, and I think you could get close to your asking.
Thanks for the feedback Gregarious.
Just did compression test last night. Here are the results:
#1=180psi, #2=180psi, #3=185psi, #4=190psi, #5=180psi, #6=195psi
I also added some undercarriage pictures to the above Flickr album to show how clean it is.

Impressive!
I think you may be underestimating the condition of this car. I actually feel like I undersold it at $9300, but I think the market is just a little soft at the moment.
