2000 E39 M5 with 122k , asking $17,500 NNJ

The time has finally come to sell. I have been torn about this but it is time.
I have had the car for almost 5 years and don't drive the car much. I bought it with 103000 miles and it has 122000. Usually just on the weekends in the summer. Most of the miles I put on are highway miles going to soccer tournaments for my kids. Car started life in Santa Barbara and ended up in North Carolina before I got it. No bodywork or accidents. Clean Carfax. All work done at a BMW specialty shop.

Maintenance done from the previous owner and myself:
Updated headlights a few months ago to 2002 Euro angel eyes. They were refurbished with new lens.
Short throw shifter and all new shift linkage
Euro flip center console
Cooling system with OEM parts
Fuel pump
Fuel Filter
All O2 sensors with OEM units
Fuel Cap
Valve covers gaskets
Serpentine Belt
Oil separator system oem
Cabin Filters
Spark plugs
New tires and an extra set of front tires
Set of new rotors still in boxes
Bosch battery
OEM Clutch and Flywheel
OEM Rear Main seal
OEM Rear driveshaft seal
OEM Guibo
OEM 4 cam sensors
OEM Crank sensor
Dinan monoballs
4 wheel alignment
2 vanos solenoids replaced by Dr. Vanos
Power steering hoses
OEM Alternator
All Fluids changed (Brake, clutch line, coolant, transmission, differential)
Oil changed every year or between 3-4000 miles with 10w60
Dash ribbon fixed so no pixels out.
Upgraded to 2003 16:9 radio, cd changer and nav.
Shark tune installed
Leather on seats is perfect.
A/C is nice and cold
Replaced silver trim with refurbished graphite trim
Have a set of winter tires and extra 17in bmw rims. Never driving in winter but I bought them to keep one in the trunk as a spare.
Muffler delete
No seat twist

Did Blackstone oil analysis last oil change, said not showing any metal wear. Said engine looks great, a healthy S62. Can show you reports.

Cosmetic issues:
Small dent under the front p/s door
Small dent under trunk hatch.
Has some paint chips on the hood

Paint gauge show 120-130, most cars of this age are 80-110. This means the clear coat is still very think.

Car is in outstanding shape and drives perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate driving it anywhere. I have been very torn about selling the car but I really don't drive it much anymore and I need a new daily driver so I am selling this and my current daily driver to get a new car.
I am sure I am missing some other things that have been done. I kept most of the parts I replaced, headlights, shifter, radio. I have 4 liters of oil and some filters I recently purchased.
