    Tranny issue

I've noticed when (taking off gas) slowing down and coming towards a stop, at a red light, then the light goes green and I hit the gas sometimes my car jolts. Not a loud noise. Just vibrates. I have now noticed it doesn't do it just at low speeds. If I am driving and lay off gas then hit the gas at any speed it sometimes jolts. Maybe 2% of the time. I have no idea what direction to go.

Maybe I am a bad driver.

I would check the dates on the software in the car mostly old, if so I would update the software in the entire and or you could reset adaptation in the trans, also if the adaptation numbers are over + or - 300, it's not the best. Also the pressure seal between the valve body and the case is probably old and not sealing corectly in that cas you would service the transsion and remove the valve body to replace the seals. If you do the trans service do the seals it's a must

I suggest not to reset adaptations on 6hp transmission if no mechanical repair hasn't done.

    Simple fix is reset transmission
Put key in ignition. Press start but dont put foot on brake
Now hold accelerator down for 30 seconds.... let go and start car
Drive around slowly... it will adapt to your new settings....
Also pull out each ABS speed sensor out and clean them.. i had gunk covering my sensor heads..simple damp cloth will do..
I bought my B7 and it would do the same.. saw a guy on YouTube do it and i said no frkn way!!.. my slow speed crawl jerks are gone

That's pretty typical for the E65/66 tranny when it gets up there in age and mileage.

WOW!!!! I am having this same problem on my E66. Thanks for reporting this to the community!!!

Quick Question; could bad Mechatronic Seals cause this problem?

I have already had my Valve Cover Gaskets done; don't know if this may be related?
