2008 BMW M3 Sedan, 6 speed manual transmission, 88,730 miles, 2 owners, and excellent condition. I purchased the M3 as the second owner in April 2011. The M3 was my daily driver until December of 2015 when I bought a X5M. I’ve since acquired other vehicles and unfortunately, I haven’t driven the M3 much over the last two years. The car has always been to the dealership for any service or repairs. I have all receipts from the dealership and the Carfax report. I just had the annual oil and filters serviced in March 2019, so you’re good for another year. The M3 has the cold weather package (heated seats) and sunroof.
There are two items I want to point out about the vehicle. First, in November 2013 I was rear ended. Cosmetic damage to the rear only. I had all service done at the BMW service center. I have all receipts showing repairs. There’s no sign of the accident as they repaired it to new. Secondly, I mistakenly checked the box on the title as “not actual mileage”. Long story short, when I purchased the M3 new in 2011, my brother cosigned the loan for me and was on the title. In July 2013 I removed him from the title and retitled in my name only. I didn’t realize but I checked the box incorrectly. I now live in Texas (car title was in Missouri) and would need to travel back to Missouri to go to court and fix the title. I have all service records and Carfax report to show accurate mileage before and after this error. I've never had an issue getting insurance (currently use Geico, but used State Farm previously). It’s my mistake and I’m reducing the sale price as a result.
I sold my 2013 Lamborghini Gallardo in April of 2017. If you’re a serious buyer, I am able to provide the buyer as a reference to my honesty and integrity when selling vehicles. He will also share how well I maintain my vehicles.
The first picture is in my garage. At night the car looks darker than during the day. I have more pics of the car if you want me to send them. I've never had issues w/ throttle body actuator or rod bearings.
Feel free to call, message, or email me with any questions about the car or title.

Wish I was in the market for a sedan, this is an absolute beautiful example. Always hard to find cold weather packages in Texas too. GLWS...I predict it's gonna sell fast.
