    Cool Bahrain Grand Prix

Practice 1: Friday March 29, 1400 local time (1100 GMT)
Practice 2: Friday March 29, 1800 local time (1500 GMT)
Practice 3: Saturday March 30, 1500 local time (1200 GMT)
Qualifying: Saturday March 30, 1800 local time (1500 GMT)
Race: Sunday March 31, 1810 local time (1610 BST)

Interesting tidbits I picked up from various sites:

Ricciardo is getting a new chassis for this race, I believe as a precaution due to potential damage from the first race.
Sainz says Haas is 1/2 second ahead of the rest of the midfield so far.
Sainz also received a new MGU due to failure of his first. Not a good start so far for McLaren in the reliability department..

    Vettel’s mustache, lol.

OP, please include schedule in west coast time, I’ll consider voting you for OT mod.

Interesting qualy. Ferrari pace from testing seems to be unlocked now and Leclerc is a force for sure. Great first pole from him. Merc are close enough to trouble them on race pace so i think either team can win. The thug days are numbered.

Haas and Mclaren are performing well, WTF happened to Renault. Ricciardo must regret his move.

    How about Leclerc?

Haas is looking really strong. Kmag only .005 off of Max's time.

Love this videos from AMG Mercedes, even though I am Ferrari fan. Wished Ferrari, RB, Hass, etc would copy them.

For 25 million, don't think he would regret much. Vettel was sent on wrong time on Q2, so only had one chance on Q3. Lets see tomorrow, who gets 1st to the first corner will get priority.

Redbull were offering him a substantial retainer but he chose to run away. He couldnt keep up with Max. Leclerc was prevented from attacking thug at Melbourne, at some point they may have to allow them to race until one of them is out of WDC running

Yup, Liberty should require the same from all teams

Feel bad for Leclerc, he had the race won. Very impressed by him, kept calm at start of race after dropping to third and got back to the lead. Lol at thug, useless driver, spins on his own while being schooled by legend. Merc got lucky here, but i'm happy the legend won.

Good race for Mclaren, was expecting more from Haas, Gasly still sucks. Renault utterly useless.

Safety car towards the end was unnecessary, VSC wouldve been fine.

Ferrari has no power power. Mercedes was playing with them. I put blame on Binotto. 2 races, 2 times schooled by MB, one with engine one with strategy.

Renault sucks, if they keep like this, don't think they will stay in F1.

That was the craziest race I've seen in a long time

Mercedes was definitely not playing with Ferrari. Leclerc kept fastest lap and was leaving both Mercedes until the power unit problem.

I feel like the guys at the top, especially ones with Ric's personality, must care about performance/results. It's tough seeing Renault this far back..

Also feel very bad for LeClerc, you could hear the frustration, he really wanted that first win... Such a good start, overcame a little diversity along the way, then drove lights out until the engine held him back. Good to see that he welcomes the pressure, unlike Vettel it seems :/

Also love seeing McLaren back up there fighting with the big boys! It's good for the sport, and honestly I'm surprised we're not hearing more about their performance so far this year..

What's the difference between VSC and an actual Safety Car? Other than there being a real car out there, could that have changed the outcome at all in this race? (I'm still learning some of these rules unfortunately)

** Side note. Grosjean needs to go. I would have loved it if Haas picked up one of these exciting younger drivers to pair with Mag, could have been very exciting.

When the incidents on track are cleared, cars still have to wait for safety car to get back to pit, so potentially a full race lap is wasted. Leclerc did benefit.

At least with VSC, racing begins as soon as incidents clear. I think they wouldve had at least a lap to race.

I almost think the stewards felt bad about the situation and did the safety car to at least keep Leclerc on the podium.

Injector driver short circuit cause of Leclerc engine power loss.
