I am using ISTA-P with K-DCAN cable, ISTA-P is not seeing VIN so it asking for Vehicle Order file .xml. Tried to configure my own but it didn't take.
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="iso-8859-1" ?>

</coding>
</order>
</vehicleOrders>
Been looking for example for E66, any help would be appreciated
Don't do it. ISTA-P and K-DCAN will brick stuff. That car needs ICOM with MOST adapter to use ISTA-P safely.
Use WinKFP and NCSExpert
