Anybody have a tip for me as to how to get my 5 sp. trans out of my 99 M Coupe, its all unbolted but won't pull out of the clutch, its out enough to work crow bars between the bell housing and block, but no more, I'm thinking of cutting an inspection hole in the bell housing to see whats up?, or spray wd40 in there to free up whatever is stuck?
How many bolts did you remove? The crowbar probably should be left for other purposes. Shake the heck out of the trans as you try to pull it off.

Maybe it's hung up on locating sleeves, dowels
WD40 is not a penetrating fluid. The “WD” stands for water displacing. Try a true penetrating fluid like Kano Aerokroil penetrating oil.
And wd 40 was desiged and used on the nikey missles and the 40 part of the name is because it was the fortieth version of the formula
