How to decipher OEM wheel codes and how to properly upsize my tires.

Hey gang, for my first post this is likely something easy and to answer and redundant, so apologies if so.

I have a 2012 750i xdrive. Stock tires/wheels are 245/40 20x8.5 et25 fronts. Rears are 275/35 20x10 et 41.

First, I want to know about running these OEM X5 wheels:

The specs are:

Front: 21x9 et25
Rear: 21x10 et35

Thoughts on rubbing issues?

Second, how can I tell if they are oem? Here are pics of the backs:

Now, that all seems to me to be legit and in line with the internet searching. However, why not ask a ton of people that know a ton more than me, right? What do you all think, legit?


Finally, will I be able to pull out my stock TMPS sensors and transfer them over?
