I noticed that this first cluster for e32-e34 was really of higher quality than the white or blue only that it had a little problem, the km stopped at 299960.

I already know this blog but I haven't understood much more...
I would like to know if anyone has managed to read this eeprom, and to adapt a new one with a schematic and type as can be done....

That was done - usual practise- more than 15 years ago, also on the German E32 forum someone made an emulator in 2003 , the HMLEmu replaced in principle the original coding plug with the assistance of a microcontroller.

Nowadays the usual practise is to use a cluster with blue or white back, and rewrite the chip PIC 93C46 or PIC 93C56 with the data old the HML075 such as km, VIN, fuel tank size, engine type, coolant temperature basic points etc.
There are some people which can do that, maybe even some here on the forum.
As you are from Italy, ask one of the Italian companies which offers such services there for such cases.
