I drove my '98 BMW 328i from work fine, but next time I tried to start it, it would crank, but it wouldn't start. I checked the injectors, and I wasn't getting pressure, so I've replaced both the Fuel Pump and the Fuel Pump Relay.I've also examined the DME, and it looks to be in fine condition. The fuse (#18) looks fine and has continuity, but it doesn't receive any power. I'm not sure what I should be looking for to see what's causing this. It's my daily driver, so I'd like to get this fixed soon.
What's up Harvey, welcome to the forum!
Great diagnostic work so far. You've 99% confirmed your Cam sensor is bad. It's important to get an OEM part for this, Siemens/VDO are OEM'ers for this part.
There are few places to buy one but the cheapest I've found is an ebay seller that does high volume, you can use the 800 number to order from them directly. You can also ask for a better price, but do that in the beginning of the conversation. Reference the ebay auction number and get them to verbally verify that it's the VDO part.
Just for future reference, cam sensor controls fuel, crank sensor controls spark.

My car isn't throwing any codes at all. Would a bad cam sensor not throw one? Also, are there any other possible causes I should look into?
Harvey, jump your fuel pump relay with a wire, and see if fuel flows to the rail, and current flows through your fuel pump fuse. Then check your crank sensor's resistance and confirm that it is within range (please google for the resistance info).
I'm just learning automotive work with Harvey (my car). Can you link an article on how to safely jump the relay?
Please check on youtube and google. This issue is covered in many places.
Try and clean the sensor. Maybe it just got a bit of dirt stuck in it.
