BMW CD charger problems

Hei guys , I want to fix it .. because in navi I see 1 to 6 CD-s but i can't play music i don't know why..
Fiber work , i don't have mulf module.. CDC change cd's , working but don't want to start to reading CD .. Can someone say me why?
Is 2019 but i like to see in navigation name's of music etc , in this old car. Is an e 90 , 2006. In front on the car , in navigation i can play music and work...

sorry to hear that, may be you already solve this issue, but just in case.
My E90 have the same problem, i don't know why, but my CD charger comes with the F.O. in a loop and not connected to my CD charger in the trunk.
so, i bought the connector, remove the loop and connect the fiber to the charger, and voila, nothing happens
After a while, investigating, a friend of mine told me that a programing is needed (anyway) after the scanner the results shows need logical connection between devices have problems.
