1989 E34 535i Exhaust!

I'm wanting to modify the exhaust on my 535. At the moment it is completely stock, as far as i know.

Looking to make it relatively loud but still have that nice crisp straight 6 sound. I don't want it to sound cheap.

I've watched a few videos where people have Schmiedmann headers into 2.5 inch straight pipe into a resonator then straight pipe back to dual tips. It sounds amazing, I'll link videos below.

Unfortunately I am in New Zealand with a right hand drive, and these headers are only LHD

Any advice on whether stock headers into 2.5 inch straight pipe with the stock resonator and no mufflers would sound any good?

Please let me know what your setup is, and if so link me some videos of how it sounds!
