Steam cleaning car interior DIY - E90

Car info: Type PG77 | Model 323i U1 | Development Code E90 (MUE) | year 2011 SEDAN


Can I steam clean my car with this steam cleaner?

If no, please tell me why i can not use any steam cleaner to clean interiors.

The person who sold me vehicle smoked tons of weed and cigarettes in it and it smells gross inside and hard to breathe unless windows are open .
I tried to clean windshield with paper towel and when I wiped windshield from inside, it went yellow! because of nicotine deposit.

Please advise.

Personally I wouldn’t steam leather.

I use zymol leather cleaner and leather conditioner.

They are two separate bottles. Clean first then condition. Use soft clean garage rags from walmart or cloth towels etc.

Test zymol in a small underside spot first to be sure no discoloring issues.

I have used zymol and many bmw models and seats. It keeps the seats in like new condition.
