Lower Windshield Seal

As you can see in the photo the seal at the base of the windshield (marked in red; the cowl plastic is in green) on my 2010 e92 is cracked and in need of replacement. I'm having a difficult time finding a part number for this seal. On the advice of FCP Euro I ordered part 51137133292, but that does not seem to be it. Does anyone know where I can find this seal?

It's part of the lower cowl panel. Not available separately from the lower cowl.

My cowl panel too is in poor shape, but I intend to reseal it using black silicon. Might be able to post a pic when I get board permission.
Hey 94RX, any idea where the fuse for the backup lights is located on a 650i, 2008?
