im on stock suspension and dont really have plans of changing that

Ask what the centre bore is - if 72.56mm then they will at least fit the hub. Next ask what the PCD is - if 5x120, then the holes will match up with the ones on the hub. The EH2 +IS49 and 52, refer to the offset and I don't think they'd work on a 3 series. 7.5x18 is a thin wheel, BMW use a minimum of 8 inch wide. Lastly the style of the design, in my opinion won't look very good on a 3 series.
There's literally thousands of wheel choices out there that are meant specifically for a E46, with many designs that look far better. I suggest you look at those wheels and choose a set you like
