nope.... alpina 18"max (original E31 ones), aftermarket custom everything is possible (just get the correct ET values).

What is the correct offest for 18" Alpinas on the E31? I see 18" Alpinas on ebay all the time, but I'm concerned they are not the right size. Thanks.

    Part No. 3611650 - 18 x 9 et 12 Front.
    Part No. 3611651 – 18 x 10.5 et 20 Rear.

I don't see too many, averages about one set/year.

Thanks. This confirms what I thought -- all the ones I see are square sets, and not the correct offsets. Thanks again!!

You can run 19" ALPINAs, you can even run 20" or 21" - has been done successfully by other 8ers. The 21's are a bit big, but they do work. Just watch your rim width and offsets (the offsets are the same for all diameters of rims).
