Coolant leak - Radiator replacement
power steering pump replacement
clear coat failing - needs a wrap (I can do this myself, and end up regretting the decision for years after)
oil seepage is the real issue I'm worried about.

What $5K did you put into the car? Honestly... sounds like a headache I don't want to get into
