    Need 6bolt driveshaft for E36 M3/ E46 6 Speed Getrag swap !

    Greetings,
    I need a driveshaft for my 95 M3 that has E46 6 speed Getrag .
    I believe it’s a custom length. 6bolt.
    Can you point me to a source?

    Zionsville Autosport makes one, $800 if you don’t have a core.

    Driveshaft specialist inc. - $650 about

    Jose @ DriveshaftPro.com - he said they have custom blanks for this specific conversion ready on hand, would be in my hands by 1week or less after ordering.

    There are two other reliable sources, one of which is who builds Zionsville’s found out.

    These company’s already have the information from E46 and E36 for sizing, you just let them know when you’re ready. A couple of them will ask for two or three final measurements.

    The E36M auto driveshaft does NOT work, those using it are lucky they haven’t destroyed anything yet.

    A euro-spec e36 m3 driveshaft is what you need. And technically you just need the front half of it. I'd check the UK ebay and see if you can find one. Then just bolt it to your us-spec rear half and get it balanced. Or find a driveshaft shop and just have yours shortened.
