Not a mind blowing part but thought it worked out well. 3D printed a slip in ccv fitting with dual o ring to connect 5/8” hose. Strong enough to wrestle on the hose and clamp without issue. Cost was rather low as well. I can post the files if anyone would be interested.

Looks clean. I have a hose clamped on top of the factory valve cover neck. The bigger issue is the size of the internal port, which is much smaller than the exterior neck. A few have opened it up but there is not enough material so you have to do more serious modification. Chikinhed posted details years ago.

Good way to put a 3d printer to use. My friend made camshaft timing blocks with his not too long ago. Because of the small internal port mentioned above, a lot of people have drilled two ports in valve cover for better pressure relief. The factory port is then blocked off.

Correct the interior is smaller. I will probably reprint later after I drill out the ccv port to enlarge it. I’ve designed a bracket to hold the SAP near the power steering reservoir. So I was not so concerned with ID as there will eventually be an assisted vacuum on it.

I welded a short piece of 7/8” aluminum rod to a -10AN fitting, then used the hole in the fitting as a guide to drill out the rod.

I then JB welded that sucker into the valve cover fitting. Saw some guy on revlimited do that.
