    microswitch in the blower switch

Had the terminal break off on the microswitch and did a quick look on the blower switch and it was some insane price, so I googled the microswitch part number. Figured BMW must get them from somewhere and voila ...FOUND IT. If anyone wants one , let me know. 4.00 plus the shipping to you. I'll probably order by Tuesday. Fan speed transistors are 3.00 each

Found one several years ago in an electronics supply shop for $2.50 Figuring prices have gone up, you are right on the money. Good one. I might add Mauser has a replacement fan transistor you can cross reference that is a heavier duty one. It was a while ago when I bought mine but I think they were about $5 or $6 each but again much heavier duty. Mauser has a lot of neat small electronic stuff plugs switches etc. and better than fair prices and they do small quantities.

Mouser? Great company. Here's a selection of lever-action normally-off microswitches, but I have no idea which would work.
    Save the manuals!

I did not see the needed part. Would have been nice as I could use a fan resistor
