I finally got the old bushing out! Phew... What a mission... I even broke my crowbar trying to pry out the bushing. I'm ready to put the new one in. I have the homemade press ready and dish soap. Is there a certain way to position the new bushing? I know which side goes up but, Not sure if there is a certain way it needs to be positioned.
Thanks in advance!
As far as I know you just put there, no difference.

I noticed there are two tabs in the frame that line up with the strips on the side of the bushing. I figured it out but, no matter what I do, the bushing won't slide in straight. My jack isn't flush so, I need something flat in between the bushing and jack so there is more of an even push. This seems harder than removing the old bushing!
Update: Success.. I was able to press the bushing in and everything buttoned up like butter. I drove the car and it felt amazing! I held off on the dog bones because not enough day light. Dog bones are next this weekend!
I appreciate everyone's input.
Thanks!!
Congrats. Good luck on the dog bones. Good thing you broke your crow bar so you won't be temped to use it on the dog bones.

Dog bones are easy. Ten minute affair. Those subframe bushings are an ordeal - you are mighty !
I started another thread on the dog bones! After an hour and a half later, I realized I was installing the dog bone under the brace, rather than between the brace and trailing arm!! I was furious at myself. LOL!!
It took ten minutes to do the driver side after that fiasco. LOL!
