Hey bimmerforums members in the Mid Atlantic!
I am picking up my new to me AlpineWeiss M4 from Lubbock, TX and will be driving it back to Rochester, NY over the course of 5 days. I was hoping to find a few local meets and/or meet some fellow BMW enthusiasts along the way, so I'll post my agenda below:
March 27th: Pick up up car in Lubbock, TX and drive to Houston
March 28th: Houston, TX to Atlanta, GA (driving through New Orleans, LA)
March 29th: Visit Porsche headquarters of North America, museum/tour/ride in a GT3 and then drive to Greenville/Spartanburg, SC
March 30th: Visit BMW headquarters, plant tour and drive to Washington DC
March 31st: Drive back to Rochester, NY
Little background: I am flying down with a close friend who is also a BMW enthusiast. I currently have an e36 M3/4/5 and an e60 550 Mpack 6 spd. I have owned an e34 540 6 spd and an e39 mpack 6 speed. My friend has a highly modified e46 330i.
If anyone is around during our trip we would love to link up!
Best,
Matt
I'm in the DC area, but I've been out of the BMW game since 2015 when I sold my Z3 Coupe. I picked up an F25 yesterday.
There is a C&C event near DC. According to the website, it's every Saturday morning, but I haven't been yet. My 94 Toyota doesn't fit in with the Vipers and Lambos.

Katies Cars-n-Coffee is great. There is a huge mix of cars that show up, and you can get breakfast too. I haven't been yet this year, but my buddy went last weekend and sent me a few bummer pics. Unfortunately, he likes cars with four zeros on them.
