2010 CIC has missing figure for TPM and Oil Level

I have a 2010 535i e60 xDrive. When I first bought the car and went to see the TPM or Oil Level, I was able to see a figure of the car.

With the TPM, all wheels were highlighted with a bar ranging from red to green, but now it is just blank.
With the Oil Level, the engine was the main picture with a bar, but now it is just the bar.

I have tried unplugging my battery for 10 minutes to see if that would reset it. I have not checked any fuses yet but I plan to in the next week or so.
