That's a decent ad masquerading as an article. That said, I've bought parts from FCP Euro for my E31 and my E36/8, and it was a good experience at a fair price.
Cheers, John
well, they forgot to mention their trouble time more than 10 years ago, in his own words = Scott Drozd: "substandard garbage",...., "as we have become a bit infamous for our suspension often called "mystery meat." http://www.mye28.com/viewtopic.php?t=73257
But surprisingly they recovered and changed all to the good.
At that time more than 10 years ago I also has some bad experience with that "substandard garbage", but when they changed, I gave them another chance, ordered, all o.k., and now I am a regular customer. But besides there I also buy from some other online sources

Why no mention of the Lifetime Warranty on EVERYTHING they sell? This includes consumables, like filters and even oil. Uh huh, it does.
I've purchased BMW, MB, Audi, and Porsche parts from FCP Euro, and nearly all have been very satisfactory. Interestingly, quite a few of the BMW parts I've recently purchased from them are shipped directly from a BMW dealer about 30 miles from me!

I had my fair share of the "substandard garbage" as well. My first purchase from FCP was off eBay (2004) and for a set of house brand thrust arms. At that time, I was broke and just starting out after getting out of the Army so those thrust arms lasted me long enough (about 3 years of daily driving) so they served their purpose. Since 2011, I have bought most of my parts from them (when BMW became BMW's).

sooner or later a supplier says doesn't make sense to continue participating in what appears to be a ponzi scheme, lifetime warranty? copies of certain parts can be had sooo cheap it may not matter send'm another and another, who knows what makes sense sometimes.
I haven't done a ton of shopping there, but haven't had an issue with anything I gotten for either my 8 or saab. Price was right, and had small stuff others didn't. They also have a nice cars and coffee if you are in the area.
