[ SOLVED , ANOTHER DIY PROJECT ]
BMW was sued for this issue that impacts the RDC and Bluetooth/SOS/Radio control modules:
https://www.reuters.com/article/us-b...-idUSKBN15M1SX
I managed to get a used Bluetooth module on ebay for $89. New part is around $800 I think.
The socket connectors were corroded and broken. I had to clean it all up using MAF Sensor cleaner(which
evaporates quickly) and the Bluetooth/SOS/Radio is now working.
I am yet to get a Socket terminal part number 61131383776 for the RDC module. The car has new TPMS sensors
and the RDC module is dead. The used part on ebay was $69.

Does anyone know what that white power is ? I will open up the Telematics unit and check it.
It looks like heat sink cement.

I hope your not referring to the corrosion on the case as “white power”.
Used blue tooth HIGH BASIS control module on ebay: $89
Used RDC TPMS module on ebay: $69.
Socket terminal: $1.25.
Now, everything works.

I messed up the socket terminal while removing the corroded stuck pin from the RDC module, and it was painful to fix.
Good work, now did you fix the leak that started this problem to begin with.
Haha no. Dont know the source of leak. I will address it after its open heart surgery. Have to replace idle valve actuator gears asap.
