I just replaced my support bearing and guibo/flex disc. I'm just finishing up THE BOLTS in the flex disc and it seems like its I guess flexing too much? It's just not sitting straight, any ideas? https://photos.app.*******/ZzB57T8GeaC14jRL9

Hopefully this one works
Have you released the center bearing coupling to release the pressure?

The center bearing just has the nuts on to hold it up. I'm thinking I couldve ordered the wrong flex disc? Maybe this one is for an e36
Your picture is showing that the drive shaft is too long. There is nothing wrong with the flexi-disk. When you changed the center bearing, did you put it in correctly e.g. slide it onto the shaft to it home position? If you did not, then the front half of he shaft may be too long and give you your problem.
There is a large hex nut on the shaft near the center bearing. Loosen it and adjust the length of the front half of the drive shaft.
