ABS Speed Sensor

Hello , I have a problem with a wheel speed sensor on my E36 , I used the ADS interface using serial 232 laptop , (Interface is from Germany , forgot the name) to scan the car . I replaced the sensor and the problem still persist, used a multimeter to check the values from ABS Module socket to sensor and they seem ok , what could be the culprit , could it be the pump or there is a high percentage that the abs module is faulty? When reading live data all the sensors read 0.0 and increase in numbers when I move the car , but the sensor on the left is locked at 3.3 Km/h. Could it be the wiring ? I didn't found a diagram of the wiring but since i tested the wiring to the module at the module socket could it still be this?

Have you done a continuity test from the ABS module the sensor at fault?
