1998 M3 Sedan w/ light track mods

I’ve owned this car nearly 5 years. I purchased the car on a whim as I’m a big fan of E36 M3 sedans. I decided to do a few mods to make it a fun weekend/ HPDE car. The car has done about 7 events. I have invested extensively in this car (~$25k to date) to achieve a well-balanced and dependable track/ weekend driver. The car is in exceptional condition for its age and mileage. Upon closer inspection, most assume it has half the miles it does. I have a two-year-old and just can’t find time for the track. I have all factory interior parts. The headliner has been removed. I have receipts for everything below. The motor was given a clean bill of health from German Motorworks here in Nashville.
