08 E90 No Start - A0C1

......New to forum!! Got my first BMW. Can't wait to get it on the road! Previous owner told me needed starter.
Removed old starter, took to autoparts store and confirmed was bad. Installed new starter and had it checked out prior to installing.
I also replaced battery and coded it with Carly. ......Car won't start? Only code get it A0C1
I did double check my work and all looks good.
Any thoughts would be great.

Do you have INPA?

Not cranking?....

Earth strap nearest starter or fuse.

Cranking but no start?....

Spark & Fuel?

check Fuel pressure at low pressure pump and high pressure pumps....injectors actuating?

Spark at plug?... check crank sensor.

(Listen for low presure fuel pump when opening door/resetting fuse...should quietly buz until up to pressure.
If no buz check fuse and relay in glove box. Still no buz replace low pressure fuel pump sensor.
Still no buz check power by back probing pump at tank.
If power but no buz replace lpfp.)

Check Compression, Cam sensors if compression is good + fueling, with spark and not starting.
