Condensation and water in car and lights are flashing.

Hi I have a 2003 BMW 325I . When it rains I get a lit if condensation in my car. Glove box wet and floor boards wet. My key fob won't work and the lights go on and won't turn off. . So I have to disconnect my battery and resort the computer for it to go back to normal again. Where is the water coming from? I sealed the windshield...help please thank u.

It's not the windshield, it's probably the sunroof drains seeing how the glove box is wet but you better figure it out or get it to a shop because is is going to really start to stink
