Trouble with these codes on my 1996 M3

Im having issues with these codes on my 1996 M3

I get the following

203
65
201


If anyone knows what they are I would appreciate it.

Looks like “200” codes are tied to O2 Sensor and 65 is for Cam Position Sensor.

How old are the O2 pre-catalytic converter sensors?
How old is your battery and how ‘healthy’ is it?

So as it turns out...
I cleared all the codes. They must of been old... but the cam shaft one keeps coming back. I went to BMW and got a new one and cleared the code. Came back instantly! I think it may be a wiring harness issue.
