1992 318i needs rebuild from fan forward

A previous owner had taken off the condenser, radiator fan shroud, and fan on my perfectly working 318i 5 years ago. I am now ready to repair this. Is there a shop manual that shows me how to repair/rebuild the car from the front of the engine forward? What would I be wise to replace, other than water pump? I know it has a timing chain that has 120K on it, but it was running perfectly before this happened. Any help/manual would be very much appreciated.

Correction, a dishonest mechanic disassembled the front of this car saying it was a drug addict who sold the parts!! He replaced the parts with used parts from another 318i and left the car in deplorable condition and left town!!!! Now it needs to be reassembled from the front of the engine forward to the grill!!
