Handsfree Kit for 2005 525d with no AUX no USB no Navigation

Hi guys, I am new to this so please bare with me and help me out. I drive a 2005 525d that has no Aux no USB no navigation (has iDrive and a CD player). I want to get a handsfree kit installed in my car to stream music through Bluetooth. Can someone please give me a possible solution to this?
Currently use an FM transmitter which is okay but has too much intereference and I’m sick of it. I have searched through the net and have myself confused with different options with not so good explanations. Can someone please suggest something with a proper explanation that a technically challenged person like me could understand. Spoken to a BMW dealership as well and they do not offer or fit any retro fit kits either.

Have a scan over on BMW5 which is a UK centric forum for BMW 5 series - http://forum.bmw5.co.uk/ (if you haven't already !)

There's a number of potential routes you could go and also, speak to some midlands based reputable car audio dealers/installers who'll show you high quality products that come with proper after sales care and support should you need it. I'd say the units from GROM or Dension would be good suggestions, but does depend on what you want etc.
