As I was removing a rear wheel hub, the inner race of the bearing came out with the hub (as expected), and when I used a bearing separator to remove the race from the hub, this happened (see photo). Is there anything I can do about it, or is there a new hub in my future?

It's probably fine as long as its basically still round. File off any high spots and make sure splines from the axle still fit.

^ +1, +2 LOL!!!
Carefully file off the high spots and you should be good. Not ideal, but it is an E30 (and not a race/track car, correct.)

Right, it's not a track car but rather an E30 that gets babied quite a lot. I'll see what I can do with the buffing/filing. Thanks to all for the help.
Yikes, what happened there?
